When you joined the club and why you do it?:- I joined the Red Hot Flames in around the year 2000. I love being a Red Hot Flame performing and dancing, it is also good for keeping fit and for flexibility.

T.V/dance experience achievements:- Being a red hot flame we have appeared on Welsh TV, performed at boxing fight events, been on sky for dancing for Salford rugby. We have competed in various competitions and scored high and in most occasions come first. We have appeared in magazines and news papers.

Hobbies:- Obviously I love cheerleading. I love watching rugby and going watching boxing. I enjoy going to the gym during the week. I also have been attending a pole dancing class at the gym for about nine months and I find that very enjoyable and very good for toning. I also enjoy going out with friends on a weekend.

Favourite bar:- I have two favourite bars I love The Bar in Bolton and also Cocoa Rooms in Manchester.

Favourite drink:- My favourite drink is coke I don’t tend to drink alcohol unless im going out.

Favourite food:- My favourite food has got to be a curry I love them could eat them for breakfast, lunch and tea.

Favourite music:- Got to be RnB love it cant get enough of RnB pussycat dolls are one of my favourites.

Favourite outfit:- My fav outfit has got to be my new cheer outfit

Favourite player:- I surpose it has to be John Wilshere

Favourite moment:- I have to say I love doing the shows but I loved dancing in the boxing ring as I am a big fan of boxing, was interesting to get inside the ring.

If stranded on a desert island who would you most like to be with:- Probably have to be my mum she always looks after me and she’s like my best mate too.

If you could swap places with anyone who would it be?:- I would love to swap places with Paris Hilton think she’s fab.

Most embarrassing moment:- I would have to say my most embarrassing moment as a cheerleader would be dancing at the match and not realising that my boob had actually come out while I was dancing arghhhhhh complete nightmare.
