Holdsworth The Milestone Man
Salford City Reds' Australian Half-back Daniel Holdsworth had a couple of extra reasons to celebrate the Reds' win over Widnes Vikings yesterday at the Stobart Stadium as his two tries and five goals shot him past the 300 points mark in Reds' colours.
The points that broke the landmark was actually his conversion of fell Aussie Luke Patten's first try of the afternoon.
His breakdown of 311 points for the Reds include 14 tries, 127 goals and a drog goal.
As an extra bonus it was also Daniel's 50th appearance for the Reds last week against St Helens since arriving from Canterybury Bulldogs.
Everybody at the Club would like to congratulate Daniel on his recent achievments.
