Another close season signing by the Reds, the former NZ Warrior came over to England to join Wigan Warriors prior to the 2006 season.
On the international scene, he was in the 2005 NZ Tri Nations Squad.
He was substitute against Australian at Auckland in October 2005 and a month later played against England at Warrington, then was a try scorer against France at Toulouse.
In 2006 he scored a try against GB at Knowsley Road, St. Helens.
Whilst at Wigan, he was always top of their Super League stars for meters gained, tackles busts and offloads.
