Vastly experienced player with 215 super league appearance under his belt in a career that has encompassed Castleford, Wigan, Hull, Bradford Bulls and Salford.
On the representative front he played for England in the 2004 European Nations Championship and in one game against Russia he score a try and kicked 15 goals for a total haul of 34 points.
He joined Salford prior to the 2011 campaign but last season was dogged by injuries that restricted him to just half a dozen appearances.
He sustained a rib cartilage injury in the opening match against Castleford, then after returning in mid-season he played five games but broke his arm against Warrington. Now he is hoping to remain injury free on 2013.
